Managing Director

Previous to establishing Audience Healthcare Steven co-owned one of the UK’s most successful direct marketing agencies and was a founder of Binley’s, a large publishing house specialising in providing targeted NHS data.

His first taste of collaborating with pharmaceutical companies was back in the late 80’s when he became recognised for his successful telephone market research and marketing solutions such as detail follow-ups and transfer order generation. He saw an opportunity to create a business focussed on providing both database building and market research to the pharmaceutical industry and created Audience Healthcare in 1993 with that mission in mind.

Today, Audience healthcare is well-known for bringing its unique named respondent methodology to the pharmaceutical arena which offer its clients a massive benefit over and above traditional market research.

Louise Farrell

Operations Director

Louise has worked for Audience Healthcare since its inception and previously ran a successful accounting software organisation.

She has many years of healthcare marketing experience, which together with her creativity and attention to detail translates into a huge advantage for our clients and their projects.
